Somehow I feel we all know this woman. She’s someone who would absolutely love to travel but, for countless reasons, she just never allows herself the pleasure. Obviously she hasn’t yet been fully motivated by the WOW women, the Women On Wanderlust, a ‘women only’ travel club I started two summers ago.
Heres hoping that WOW can convert some of these “I’m dying to travel but…” women. So please forward the WOW Club link to anyone you know who needs inspiration and that push to live life W O W size!!!
Perhaps she might get tempted to enjoy girl time and the wonders of this great wide world and sign up for the very next WOW trip and you bet, WOW would sure love that!
Welcome to travel with WOW!!
I love to travel, and do travel at every opportunity. But there are many many places to see, and I really have no company….it would be great to travel without grumbling men and children whining boredom! I did a trip to Pune last year, for the Sawai Gandharva concerts with two of my aunts, and it was great!! Was planning to go to rural Gujarat this year…Great to know about WOW. I do hope to join your group some time.

This is wonderful! Great to know there is a club like this. I have myself been a solo travel freak and love to just get away and wander.

Great to know about this ‘travel group’, especially because in India we lead comparatively ‘protected’ lives and so women hesitate to travel alone. Look forward to joining you on a trip somewhere, sometime – especially if it is somewhere exotic in the Middle East – Morocco, Egypt and the like.
Do you organise trips within India as well – Kerala, Jaipur …… would be nice as a getaway destination that could fit into about 5 days – it would be easier to take a shorter break from work and make arrangements back home and being easier on the pocket is also doable more often!
Sumitra – WOW is truly a ‘wow idea’!
